  • Nice views, beautiful landscape, nice place to relax and rewind. Cycle hire available and nice walk around. Very stunning views of the lake, lot of cycle and wall paths. Castle has very nice and beautiful garden, a cafe and woods around. Trip buses are needed to reach castle. Recommended trip with kids. Better visit on summer times.
  • Glenveagh is certainly worth a visit. The gardens were not at their best when we visited (early September) but we still enjoyed seeing them. Best of all was the walk along the side of the lake to the waterfall. A beautiful setting.
