Llandudno is a seaside resort, town and community in Conwy County Borough, Wales, located on the Creuddyn peninsula, which protrudes into the Irish Sea. Escape the urban bustle at Barmouth Beach and South Stack Cliffs RSPB Reserve. Get some cultural insight at Plas Mawr and Saint Tudnos Church. Explore Llandudno's surroundings by going to Penmon Point (in Penmon), Morfa Bychan - Black Rock Sands (in Morfa Bychan) and Newborough (Newborough Warren & Ynys Llanddwyn & Tacla Taid - Anglesey Transport and Agriculture Museum and cafe). Tenby is a walled seaside town in Pembrokeshire, Wales, on the western side of Carmarthen Bay, and the name for the local government community of Tenby.Notable features of Tenby include of sandy beaches; the 13th century medieval town walls, including the Five Arches barbican gatehouse; the 15th century St. Visiting Tenby Castle Beach and Mwnt Beach will get you outdoors. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Carew Castle & Tidal Mill and Kidwelly Castle. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Tenby: Gors Fawr Stone Circle (in Mynachlogddu), Solva (in Solva) and Poppit Sands Beach (in Cardigan). There's more to do: kick back and relax at Manorbier Beach and see the interesting displays at Museum of Speed.

The capital of Wales, Cardiff is a very green city indeed, boasting more green space per person than any other place in the country.
Chepstow Castle and Raglan Castle will appeal to history buffs. Step off the beaten path and head to Techniquest and Caerleon Roman Fortress and Baths. Venture out of the city with trips to Brecon Cathedral (in Brecon), Monnow Bridge and Gate (in Monmouth) and The Hall at Abbey-Cwm-Hir (in Llandrindod Wells). Next up on the itinerary: steep yourself in history at Tredegar House and brush up on your knowledge of spirits at Penderyn Distillery.
