Bring the family to Plopsaland De Panne to discover the colorful characters at this theme park. Named for a popular local children's hero named Plop the Gnome, the park features rides with many popular children's TV-show characters. Apart from low-impact rides suited for all ages, there are playgrounds, a children's museum, and a farm with larger-than-life farm animal sculptures for children to climb. You can join the fun on a handful of action rides, such as the roller coasters and water slides. Your ticket is good for a full day in all sections of the park. Purchase tickets online to avoid lines. Download the park's app from the website for digital access to a park map, tools to plan your day, and notifications about promotional ticket prices. We visited Plopsaland De Panne during the Easter holidays. Weather predictions were pretty grim... but the weather turned out very nice in the end. That's why there wasn't any wait at any of the attractions. We were extremely lucky there. Less lucky because of heavy wind, the 4 largest and most impressive attractions were closed... This didn't bother us that much since our children are still small. But still, I wanted to try those out myself. In the end, a very pleasant day with happy faces from our children. I'd say that's within expectations of such an amusement park. For its price, I would have been disappointed because of the 4 closed rides that are the most interesting ones... But again, our children didn't notice.
When we arrived we were astonished by the size of the queue but once in the park the times of the queue are what you can expect of an amusement park during high season. The new ride to happiness is really astonishing. We enjoyed our day with the family. tip, bring enough water because 4 euro for water is really expensive.
